Provide instruction to individuals or groups concerning general or specific skills, knowledge, etc. necessary for acceptable performance in the applicable industry or as a part of the overall learning process. Include Farm Management Advisors, Home Management Advisors, Adult Education Teachers, Public Health Educators, etc.
