Include all plant and system operators in occupations not specifically listed in MOG E. Include occupations such as Asphalt-Plant Operator, Batch-Plant Operator, Chemical-Plant Operator, Control Operator, Gas Plant Operator, Oil Refiner, Petroleum Plant Operator.
