Workers who perform duties relating to activities of mechanics (primarily unskilled) in motor vehicle repair operations. Duties may include filling gas tanks, checking and adding oil to engines, transmissions, and other hydraulic equipment, checking air pressures in tires, cleaning windshields and headlights, and other unskilled maintenance and repair tasks.
