Workers not specifically listed in MOG K who are involved in food service. May perform such duties as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables. Washing and drying dishes, polishing silverware, disposing of garbage and trash, moving and distributing supplies, and maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition. May be designated as Food Runner, Dishwasher, Kitchen Steward.
