If you would like to confirm the identity of anyone contacting you regarding the NCS, please call the Regional Office for your state so they may address your concerns.

Please note: It is a federal offense for anyone to pretend they work for the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics. Section 912 of Title 18, U.S. Code, states that anyone pretending to be a government employee shall be fined and/or imprisoned for up to three years.
